Welcome to our practice!
As of May 15, 2020, we have resumed regular office hours with new safety protocols in place. First and foremost, we care about your health and safety and want to make you aware of what to expect next time you visit our office:
Individuals over the age of 60, and those with serious underlying health conditions including high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, obesity, asthma, and those whose immune system is compromised such as by chemotherapy for cancer and other conditions requiring such therapy may be at a higher risk of serious complications if exposed to coronavirus. If you meet any of these criteria and wish to defer routine eyecare services, we certainly understand and will work to accommodate you when you feel comfortable.
- We are maintaining social distancing by limiting the number of persons in the office. Only patients receiving services will be allowed to enter the office. One additional person is permitted to accompany a minor child or a physically disabled patient. Please call or text (864) 576-7225 upon arrival for instructions to access the facility.
- Patients are requested to complete our Wellness Form the day of their appointment.
- If you have recently been ill, please contact us in advance to reschedule non-urgent appointments.
- When possible, we would like to collect medical history and insurance information prior to your visit. Our patient history form can be completed securely online.
- All patients and guests are required to wear a mask covering their mouth and nose while in the office.
- We continue to sterilize, sanitize, and disinfect all touch points in our offices throughout the day and all equipment and patient care areas after every use.
