2 Year Frame and Lens Warranty

Quality of eyecare and eyewear products varies drastically from one place to another. For this reason, we have developed a referral rewards program called, Share the Care.

As long as you are a patient of Lifetime Eyecare Associates, please know that you will receive the most comprehensive, individual eye health care and the finest eyewear and contact lens products available.

We hope you will always be comfortable and confident sharing our philosophy with others. When you do, we want to express our gratitude with a program extending you substantial savings on your next product purchase.

Please pick up Share the Care cards in our office to distribute to your friends, family, and co-workers.

We desire to differentiate the quality of our eyewear from our competition and add value to our patient's eyewear experience. Therefore, in order to give our patients a tangible value, we offer an exclusive two-year warranty on frame & lenses.
 
Details:

• Every frame (excluding value line) carries a two-year warranty. Theft & loss are not covered. Value-line frames carry a 1-year warranty.
• When anti-reflective coatings are purchased, the lenses carry a two-year warranty against scratches (excluding hairline scratches that do not effect vision)
• Other scratch coatings:  one time replacement in 1-year period.
• Regardless of coating, replacement lenses must be same prescription
• Frames or lenses supplied by your insurance company follow the warranty rules of your plan.
